This was one of the best hotel experiences my husband and I have had. We arrived at the hotel well before check-in. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage. They informed us that there was no guarantee, but they could have a room ready for us early. We went to the beach and a few hours later our room was ready! The lobby, pool, and rooms were absolutely beautiful and so clean. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance that had great food. As a new breastfeeding mom I am traveling w/o my 6 month old, which can make milk storage difficult! At checkout the hotel allowed me to store my cooler of milk in their fridge, which is such a relief to not have to worry about it! At both check in and check out we worked with Marina who was absolutely wonderful!! We appreciate the care and kindness she displayed and the quality customer service she provided us! Thank you Marina! ❤️

The rooms are large, which I loved because it seems hotels are trying to make the rooms as small as possible these days, and they are clean with great bathrooms!! There is a rooftop area (which they do make look MUCH nicer in the photos) but I loved going up there with my morning cereal and book and enjoying the sun looking out at the boats nearby. They have a paid buffet breakfast which I didn't get but it looked really good, and they have free tea and coffee out almost all day.

The facility was great! Clean, modern, up to date on amenities. Offers a full restaurant on site so there's really no need to leave the site if you don't want to. We booked this hotel for it's location to the cruise port. LOVED that the hotel offered a shuttle to the cruise port. There was a fee associated with it but that was to be expected....it's what I call a " sanity fee"

The staff was very nice. Always checking to see if you needed anything. When we went to dinner at the dock my husband couldn't walk back up to the room and we got golf cart service back to the front desk. It was such a blessing
